Synopsis: Lewis, Sheriff and Tony, three complete strangers, meet on vacation in Malaysia and for five weeks are the closest of friends. But the holiday must end and Sheriff and Tony return to New York, leaving Lewis behind but promising to call. Two years later an attorney contacts Sheriff and Tony to ask if they will return to Malaysia. The trio's stash of hashish was found in their hut — enough for Lewis to be considered trafficking — and in Malaysia, dealers get death. The choice before Sheriff and Tony is this: if they both go back and admit their guilt, they serve three years apiece; one goes back and it's six years. Or they could leave Lewis to die. They have eight days to decide.
